About Dov Derin

I am an experienced product support expert and digital community manager with four years of experience working in customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS environments. I have extensive experience working cross-functionally with product management, engineering, creative and technical writers. During my time in support at Klaviyo, I primarily answered customer questions and provided strategic account advice through live chat, email, and on the phone. I was also involved in the program that established our first tier II support team (the "sages"). The sage team was responsible for addressing escalated support tickets and relaying customer feedback to product management to improve the Klaviyo product. I was also responsible for authoring and publishing troubleshooting documentation. In the community, I answered public-facing customer questions and contributed to community discussion threads daily. I also led the gamification of the Klaviyo community. This involved collaborating cross-functionally with the engineering and creative teams to build out the badge and rank rewards programs for our community users.
