NVO "Virtualių asistentų akademija" is a social initiative, born in 2014, after observing that for women, especially those with children at home, in the after maternity leave or living in regions with high unemployment, it is difficult to return to the labor market, to combine family needs and work. They lack confidence, knowledge and skills. Women, returning to the labor market after a long break, are assigned to the most vulnerable groups in society. This is a complex socio-economic problem.Our mission - to promote women, as a socially vulnerable group, integration into the labor market and entrepreneurship, to help develop skills needed to get into work, computer literacy and create jobs in areas of high unemployment. We pursue to inspire women to believe in themselves, to show them alternatives, to help develop new job-related skills, acquire computer literacy.
