As a CFO of the leading microfinance institution in the Country with gross loan portfolio of USD 34 million and 20 outlets in regions (mainly rural and remote areas), was responsible for controlling all financial activities of the Company, including supervising of financial, operational and bank operations, reporting and reconciliations and was responsible for achieving of financial and budgetary KPI’s of the Company. Was hired as the CFO of crisis management team while the Company was in a technical default in January of 2012. Took lead role in preparation and implementation of strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting during crisis period of the Company. As the results of the year 2012 the Company overcame financial problems, attracted new loans from International Financial Institutions (DWM, IFC, BlueOrchard, Triple Jump, etc) and achieved USD 2.4 million net income. Was also serving as a member of the Management Board of the Company with voting rights.

Was responsible for Reporting and Budgeting functions including, the preparing of periodic financialstatements according to IFRS, Financial Statements analysis and ad-hoc reports to the Management Board, preparation of daily and monthly prudential reports for the Central Bank, Fixed Assets and inventory management, depreciation calculation and write-offs, reports on accrued interest receivables/payables (LC, Guarantees and Loans), preparing reports and statements for Assets and Liabilities Management Committee (ALCO) and acted as speaker. Also was responsible for the preparation and submission of monthly MIS reports for Management Board and Shareholders. As the Budget control unit was supervising of budget statements for departments and acted as a cost control function.

Was responsible for the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, including the registering and processing of vendor invoices, payment processing, reconciliation with vendors, preparing of Debit/Credit notes. Also was responsible for maintaining age wise analysis of outstanding debtors/creditors, monthly and quarterly managerial reports.

Main responsibilities (reporting to Finance Manager):Registering and processing of invoices, payment processing (Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable);Reconciliation with vendors;Preparing of Debit/Credit notes;Preparation of timesheets for employees, calculating and preparation of payrolls, income tax reports and State Protection Fund payments;Age wise analysis of outstanding debtors/creditors, monthly and quarterly accounting reports.
