I currently investigate white-collar crimes against the U.S. Government, including contract fraud, antitrust violations, and public corruption.

While working as a Student Cooperative for the USPS-OIG, I had the unique and challenging responsibility to conduct preliminary investigative work and assist special agents in the functional areas of Internal Mail Theft, Healthcare Fraud, Contract Fraud and Financial Fraud. The position allowed me to become familiar with each discipline and proficient in providing impactful assistance based on the functional area.

While serving in the U.S. Air Force, I provided law enforcement, security, and resource protection for the Air Force’s largest base complex comprised of four major commands spread out over 724 square miles of federal property. Led security response teams in protecting seven Protection Level III restricted areas containing assets valued at over $500 million. Ensured compliance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice and other applicable state and federal laws and arrested suspects as necessary. Deployed in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. Operated in austere and hostile environments in Southwest Asia where teamwork and active decision-making is essential to mission success. Received numerous military awards and medals, including two Meritorious Unit Awards.
