Additionally, I designed and executed two major operational turnaround strategies: a novel customer acquisition strategy for community solar projects without contracted offtake and an operations provider replacement and optimization for a portfolio of battery storage projects.

Zesty.ai is an artificial intelligence-enabled building analytics platform for the property insurance industry. My team of data scientists and engineers built computer vision models that can identify unique property features. I led the design and development of Z-FIRE, the first property-specific wildfire risk model. Z-FIRE won Silver at Zurich's Innovation World Championship and is used by several global insurers to identify properties most at risk of wildfire damage.

PowerScout is a technology company that uses data science and artificial intelligence to connect consumers with certified smart home improvement contractors. After leading the development of our solar marketplace, I was promoted to lead Business Development and Operations. I pitched and closed national and local solar installers, doubling our network of contractors. I also trained and oversaw two Business Development Managers and coordinated with our marketing team to optimize advertising spend.
