Responsible for creating, implementing and operating an apartment platform for Sunroad Holdings which develops and acquires Nationally located Multifamily Real Estate. Under my direction the firm has acquired, developed and or renovated over 10,000 Multifamily units in a five year period. Average returns from sales on the value add portfolio have exceeded.

Responsible for assisting top 25 clients with real estate development, lease up, redevelopment, and acquisition and disposition of assets. Primary Riverstone associate responsible for portfolio business development and acquisition of new accounts. As Western Divisional President was responsible for overseeing some 80,000 Multifamily units and 2500.

Responsible for providing acquisition, asset management and development expertise on 1.2 Billion dollar privately held Multifamily real estate portfolio. Responsible for growing portfolio from 200 units to over 8000 over 10 years. Portfolio consisted of new high end development, value add, and existing core assets. Operated in-house property management.

Oversaw management operations and performed business development activity for 50,000 unit West Coast based fee property management firm. Helped grow firm from 5000 units of mostly affordable housing to over 50,000 of conventional. Specialized in both lease up and value add Multifamily assets for both private and institutional clients.
