Production of a Discovery report for a Workforce scheduling solution defining the existing system, the to-be solution (including MoSCoW analysis of desired functionality) and a recommendation (MS Dynamics Field Service with Resource Scheduling Optimisation).Production of a High-Level Design Document (HLD) including alignment to target architecture, outline data model and suggested Dynamics Field Service set up. This was followed by a proof-of-concept exercise to ensure that Dynamics Field Service could meet the business requirements.
