Review of procedures, drawings and documents. Responsible for implementation of WPS as per client requirement. Witness fit-up and visual welding joints as per ISO construction drawing. Ensuring correct material used. Preparing of Weld Maps Conduct Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) as per proposal Welding procedure specification (PWPS) and welder qualification test (WQT) as per specification and calibrating the welding machines, portable oven in every six month Update production progress.

Update daily welding report. Check internal cleaning to the spool. Conduct and monitor visual inspection and NDT (PT/RT/MPI/PWHT) require on project to check confirm access to standard and specification Monitor and witness hydro testing done at site. Record all necessary inspection data. Monitor & Control pre heat/inter pass temperatures, PWHT as per approved WPS. Visual Inspections of joints carried out applicable specification & prepare welding reports on daily basis & Monitor NDT request/activities with Senior welding Inspector and Inspect spools after completion to release from installation. Monitoring all activities involved during welding e.g. Preheating, Inter pass temperature, Heat input etc as per welding procedures & standards
