What do you learn after 27 years of business? As the CEO of Sweep All, I've experienced exhausting weeks (100 hour weeks) and the exciting rush of triumph in exceeding my goals. My sweeping business has grown from a single truck to 34, along with 38 employees operating through Kentucky and Indiana. To say I’m grateful would be a huge understatement. The best business advice I can share is that persistence pays off -never give up!My company has been designed to reflect outstanding integrity and character. “The true test of a man’s character is what he does when no one is looking.” We don't mind going to extremes to ensure our customers are receiving substantial value at all times. For example, we meet and exceed environmental regulations, including using state of the art dustless Tymco Sweepers for air quality regulations. We hire Relationship Managers and Evening Supervisors who monitor customers’ sites with site checks to make sure our work was completed to the highest level of quality. You could say we double-check our own scorecard!I’m proud to run a company that is reliable and makes a difference in the community. Our 24/7 availability includes responding to emergency calls at any hour. The majority of our customers have been with us for years with new customers joining every day. It’s a privilege to have their trust and our focus is to always provide reliable, quality service.When not at Sweep All, I enjoy spending time with my lovely wife, our 3 great kids, and dog. I’m very proud of my family.
