June 2021- present. Daily I review procedures prior to performance to ensure adequacy, suitability and effectiveness to the system’s current condition during New Construction. I verify system readiness by reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, technical manuals and system specifications. During and upon completion of a test I analyze the data taken to detect unsatisfactory trends or weaknesses in the system. While a test is in progress, I monitor all available data including system & test equipment pressures and temperatures, system & test equipment function and inspect for leakage using a variety of methods to ensure that the systems comply with requirements prior to acceptance. Upon test completion I review the data, summarize the results and determine if the test completed satisfactorily in accordance with contracted quality requirements in my test document. If deficiencies are found, I recommend or request corrective actions from engineering or my supervision. Additionally, I review corrected Test Inspection Reports (UNSATs) and verify proper corrective actions were taken.
