Business Operations Manager
Current- Conducts human resources functions including maintenance of personnel files, administration of payroll, benefits, and retirement plans, and completion of annual reporting and compliance.
- Responsible for accounting functions including payables and receivables, preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, maintenance of vendor information, support and assistance with annual budgets, loan.
- Provides administrative support to CEO and Vice President including calendar coordination, business-related travel and event registration, file maintenance, and investor relations.
- Assists with marketing tasks such as sourcing branded items and collateral, coordinating client and investor outreach, and maintaining company website and portal.
