Throughout my career, I have developed and commercialized many new-to-world innovations in the tool and cleaning spaces, working with some of the largest digital and brick & mortar retailers in the world. At Milwaukee Tool, I was a key part of the sales and product marketing teams which led to hyper-growth and have helped revitalize and relaunch three legacy cleaning brands - Hoover, Dirt Devil, and Oreck. As a leader, I take the player / coach approach - I always work with employees on developmental opportunities but will also pull back to allow them to find their own way.
