As head of the online team I played a key role in launching the new website in 2010 resulting in increased traffic of 22% to 5,356,627, increase in revenue of 17% to £11.3m and an 11% increase in transactions to 46,408. I also introduced large cost and efficiency savings by bringing affiliate management, PPC & email marketing in-house, managing them initially myself then appointing key staff within the team. I also introduced and managed social media for the business, playing a key role in building a social brand for Park Resorts and developing and delivering plans across Twitter, Facebook (40 pages), Pinterest, Instagram & TripAdvisor.
