I am a dynamic credit/operational risk leader across multiple departments including agency retail and default servicing.I have team building and training experience through several hiring initiatives to build out new teams at the Raleigh Wells Fargo site. I have led teams up to 140 people, including managers of managers. I am experienced with credit risk management, operational risk management, distressed specialty mortgage loans involved in mediation, bankruptcy and litigation. I have led teams through two separate lookback reviews within default servicing.
