Accepted a promotion to manage global compensation and benefits program initiatives for 75K employees across 50+ countries. Oversee program operations leads for HR shared services Workday HCM global compensation and benefits implementation. Simultaneously acted as Interim Senior Director, Global Payroll from 12/2020-05/2021. Stabilized the team after leadership turnover; increased accountability internally and improved services provided to employees and partners.KEY CONTRIBUTIONS: ⇒Improved the department’s internal reputation and transitioned the business unit into a preferred employment option and respected organization by merging the benefits and compensation operations teams, creating leaves and accommodations teams, recruiting outside talent, and developing career opportunities for peak-performing staff.⇒Partnered with the benefits COE to transform the US annual enrollment processes which led to scores of 97% customer satisfaction and 90% program satisfaction.⇒Guided the operations team through the design and implementation of a new annual pay review process, the largest program change executed by HR.⇒Established a team focused on creating a more equitable employment experience for all employees regardless of individual abilities and developed formalized process to ensure program realization, ultimately improving experiences for employees with disabilities.⇒Automated the benefits administration and enrollment process in five countries across APAC and EMEA, reducing work/cycle times by 200 hours and improving employee experiences.⇒Developed and executed programs supporting employees through the global COVID-19 pandemic. Collaborated with compensation and benefits design teams to ensure a quick and successful rollout. Enacted a pay incentive program to reward essential workers, implemented telehealth services outside the US to enhance access to healthcare, and delivered additional time off and mental health programs as needed to support families.
