Director of Quality for Industrial Cranes, Region Americas. Responsible for the overall business quality of the Industrial Crane organization, including both the Configure to Order (CTO) and Engineer to Order (ETO) business lines, from order entry to final product delivery, and through the completion of the warranty period. This includes assisting functional unit managers in process improvement initiatives, improving information flow between units as well as final product quality.

QA manager for the CTO business in region AME. Responsible to ensure all CTO processes are aligned to provide maximum order velocity while maintaining quality of all deliverables. Manage the warranty process to ensure expedient and cost effective resolution of all warranty events.

Responsible for managing and overseeing all operations for the Edmonton Crane Factory in order to ensure all financial, operational, quality, safety, and strategic objectives are met. Required to supervise, support and develop reporting managers and staff in their daily responsibilities to ensure facility goals are attained.In addition to Factory responsibilities, also a regional Lean Six Sigma Black Belt where I am a project leader, coach, and internal trainer for team members and team leaders.

Create and facilitate the implementation of lean manufacturing processes and procedures and a 5S system. Focus was on physical layout, information flow, product flow, work cell development, product standardization and mistake proofing. Supported purchasing department by monitoring inventory levels and providing recommended re-order quantities based on lead times, warehouse usage and forecasted sales. Provide addition support through direct communication with local and overseas suppliers as required.Responsible for coordinating installation of company-wide MRP manufacturing software. Acted as point of communication between consultants, contractors, management and staff. Data mine information from ERP and MRP systems to support management in manufacturing, purchasing, and sales decisions.
