The Paymaster is the administrator of payroll, gratuities and benefits related payments to team members.Daily cash disbursement and collections from the ship’s revenue centersProcessing of bi-weekly payroll, which includes gratuities to tipping crew. Reply to any payroll inquiry by the Shore side and Team members.Receives the bi-weekly funding, verifies the content and process the deposits. Monitor the ATM and Kiosk for any fault and cash balance.Processing bi-weekly bank deposits and weekly update on financial breakdownProvides training to new Accountant and follow strict confidentiality while providing excellent serviceIn case of emergency, the Paymaster must be always ready to take over from Chief Accountant

The main task are accurate receiving of ship's supplies and weekly inventoriesProcessing of weekly inventory and submission of order to CorporateDaily reporting of cost analysis, budget data and stock supplies to Department Heads (Food& Beverage Manager and Chef de Cuisine)

In charge of Deck personnel accommodations, bonus pay reports, vacation request and inventoriesClerical work for the Captain, Staff Captain and Safety OfficerDepending on the Captain, the Deck Administrator is present on the Bridge to log the activities during maneuvering operation
