ChapterFinancialManagementMeet with the Leadership Team (LT) to understand the chapter’s financial.Develop and finalize the chapter budget with the LT before the start of each semester orquarter.Maintain the chapter’s Budget to record all revenues & expenses. Ensure compliance withthe current Finance Policy for all expenses.Coordinate fundraising activities and transfer all funds raised to the SOF NationalaccountChapterandProgramOperationsCreate and maintain an event calendar with all chapter events from E-Board members;provide Zoom links where necessary.Secure on-campus rooms for club events.Act as custodian for banners, tablecloths, SWAG, or other supplies.MembershipDataMaintenanceMaintain an accurate list of caniddates/members using the SOF App?, updating itregularly.Onboard new members to the chapter’s Drive, Slack, and SOF Member Portal.Manage membership status updates and ensure the chapter meets academic yearstandards.Take attendance at each program event and update it in the SOF App.Key TasksMeet Leadership Expectations and hold the entire LT accountable.Participate in the National Leadership Summit Training in August or complete makeup.Attend all Chapter Events and weekly LT meetings unless excused by the President/EVP.Meet with the E-board to determine funding needs for each term.Build and monitor the academic year budget.Discuss and coordinate fundraising strategies with the VP of Marketing & Outreach.Ensure all events eligible for reimbursement are logged in the SOF App and the budget is updated with expenses before submitting for reimbursement.Update the SOF App to reflect current chapter member data and LT roles.
