- Drafting, negotiating coal contracts with customer. Regular customers are the biggest coal importers in Vietnam such as EVN, PVN, EVNGENCO 1, Dong Bac Corporation, etc. - Coordination with others offices in Swiss, Indonesia, Korea to perform the signed contracts.- Coordination with customers to open LC, checking LC and coordination with other offices to submit documents under LC and get the payments done. - Preparation and submission bidding documents and short-list process documents at EVN, EVNGENCO, PVN, etc.- Coordination with banks to open Bid Security and Performance Bond.- Drafting, negotiation and process to sign Charter Party contracts, insurance contracts for coal contracts. - Nomination the vessels and monitoring each vessel from the time the vessel arrival loading port till the time vessel completely discharged at discharge port to ensure that the vessel arrival discharge port within agreed discharged port laycan and to minimize the demurrage as well as penalty for the company if any. - Working with owners/ agents and customers to calculate and finalize laytime calculation for each coal shipment.- Resolve issues related to coal contracts such as quantity deficiency, quality matters, penalty for late arrival, demurrage of each vessel and other disputes. - Working with customers and other offices to sign and perform wood pellet contracts and support to prepare documents for wood pellet bidding in Korea.- Working with law firm in Vietnam and legal department to resolve issues during contract performance to ensure that performance of each contracts are compliance with Vietnam Applicable Law.- Making customs report and other reports as assigned by the manager.

- Tracing export cargo daily, weekly, monthly to ensure meet SOP and sales target- Preparing documents to ship out cargo- Making customs declaration for export, import, re- export, re- import, domestics cargo, finished/material/ sample goods- Resolving issues related to export cargo as customer requirements, cargo recall, shipback, billing status, etc.- Coordination with other departments such as shipment, OQC, Production Plan, Finance, MIS and FWD to meet SOP- Monthly checking sales data in system and compared with data in customs, find the difference and correct- Preparing documents for audit from head quarter and customs audit- Preparing documents to ask CO from VCCI and MOiT such as CO form B, A, E, VC, D, AK, Invoice certificated and resolve issued related to CO- Checking LC from customers and request amendment if there is any discrepancy- Making documents for LC payment and controlling cargo shipped by LC and payment by LC, resolving issues related to LC- Working with Banks to ensure LC will be completed without discrepancies and expiry- Making report weekly, monthly.Import- Taking care of importing equipment and resolving any issues related to.- Taking care of replacement , shipback material. Import non-system material.- Taking care of importing material by truck.
