I am working in the company named SAF GYO which is a subsidiary of prominent real estate companies as Yıldız Holding, Sinpaş GYO and Akkök Holding. The current project of the firm is one of the most prestigious projects in Asian side of Istanbul named AKASYA ACIBADEM. Akasya Acıbadem consists of 1344 house, 200 Home Office and a Mall that contains 300 shops.At the beginning I was responsible of reporting the firm’s and subcontractors’ incomplete and faulty production. Then I became a part of “After Sail - Technical Service Department”. I was executing the duty of following-up, controlling or ending the production, delivering -informing the owners in person and counselling about the improper production, also repairing.Now ı am directing productions of the horizontal blocks which is final stage of the project.

At the company which is established with the old subcontractor from my old company; ı build architectural designe for the social domain like a residence,cafe,restaurant.Sometimes ı build it from the off.Creaitng a new customer portfolio,manage business with the costumer relationsihp,organization and presentation the employment proposal/Project with proces and cost based,planning and managed the Project which is the approved from the customer,qualify the material which is used form the Project,purchasing and sending the constuction site.Also ı’ve managed the creating our companybrand identity.I’ve produced the company name, mission,vision and designed the web site, advertising works (creating brochure,business card).I’ve learned all of the principle, a company has commercial concern and the prospects,offical supervising,the rules of the surviving in the market.At the same time ı consult to my copartner with logistics and engineering.
