My role at HZ has little precedent and fewer boundaries. Originally hired as the Director of Interaction Design, I introduced the philosophies and tools of UX and added structure and process to the interactive department. Currently, I operate as VP + Creative Director, where at any given moment, I am the strategic, creative and interactive lead on several high-profile brand engagements, but my true focus lies in creating a culture of curiosity, a laboratory for experimentation, and an environment that allows creativity to thrive and greatness to flourish.In the span of three years since my arrival, I have introduced new ideas and workflows that have radically transformed our processes, deliverables and outcomes. Lead the digital design team at RCSM, and function as the interactive creative director and senior user-experience and interface designer. Heavily involved in all stages of interactive work.
