In addition, managed multiple complex, and high-profile industrial dredging projects to include locations at Santee Cooper Electric, Duke Energy, and Vulcan Materials.

Managed the overall business operations for Morningstar Marina's Skipper's Landing location on Lake Norman. The dry stack marina is comprised of 436 slips and will accommodate boats up to 38'. In addition to storage, Skipper's Landing has a ship store, gas, service, and boat rentals available.

Provided strategic marketing services for the marine, sporting goods, real estate, and advanced composite industries. Services included marketing planning, web design, search engine optimization, and public relations. Also, provided business consulting services in the areas of planning and development. Significant consulting contracts included:Newland Communities - San Diego, CA (Consulting Contract - 2007 to 2009)Served as a Planning and Operations Consultant and was involved in the land planning for a large tract of land that extended along three miles of waterfront and would encompass over 2,300 home sites. Responsibilities included marina layout and design, procurement of necessary permits, operations planning, and home owners association planning. McKim & Creed Engineering – Wilmington, NC (Consulting Contract - 2008 to 2009)Served as a consultant, providing site validation, planning, and marina design services for a proposed project located in coastal North Carolina.

Led the Domestic sales efforts of this internationally renowned brand of luxury sport-fishing yachts. The Primary challenge was focused on management of the existing dealer network and the increase of sales at both the manufacturer and retail level. Other responsibilities included new dealer development, sales training, event management, and extensive travel to support the sales organization at various trade shows and other special events.

Managed the marketing efforts of this brand of sport-fishing yachts. The primary challenge was focused on the expansion of the dealer network and the expansion of Rampage’s product line. Other responsibilities included the development of the annual marketing plan, the management of all marketing communications efforts, management and coordination of Rampage’s involvement in national trade shows, and the development and distribution of point of sales materials for the national and international distribution outlets. In addition, to these core duties, this position also entailed maintaining the website, and maintaining a competitive research analysis.
