o Business analyst and System analyst. Reviewing business requirement and analysis the impact in system and business process. Provide feedback with minimum cost and minimum system enhancement.o Project Management. Handling Group or Country initiative project to enhance Core Banking System capability. Communicate the initiative between project manager/owner, business solution and user. Gathering and scoping the requirement. Reviewing the timeline and costing. And monitoring project approval in country or by group.o Testing coordinator. Prepares the run plan, test script, and conduct user for UAT and UVT. Tracking finding issue during UAT/UVT and monitoring testing progress until success implement in production. Documentation UAT and UVT evidence for business, auditor or regulatory.o Production Support and Problem Management. Parameter setup in country for Core Banking System and surround system. As first layer team to identify the root cause finding issue and liaise with production support group for fixing. Monitoring the issue for permanent solution and until implement in production.o Help Desk. Response all query in country related to Core Banking System, including external and internal auditor.

We produce card for new staff / visitor and grant the access to ensure that they only enter the right area related to their job. Also for resignation staff, we ensure that they return the card and disable the access.In monthly basis we provide report and distribute to all head department to review their staff door access.As a system adminstrator, we create, amend and delete user id base on request after approved by recipient line manager and system operational owner. Base on request also we reset the password if ID is accidentally been locked. For new system application, we doing security scoring to test that system inline with global adminstrator information security. All application have to pass minimum criteria depend on criticality of the system. In monthly basis we produce report of user id and profile security matrix. And distribute to all Head Departement for reviewing.
