Also for resignation staff, we ensure that they return the card and disable the access.In monthly basis we provide report and distribute to all head department to review their staff door access.As a system adminstrator, we create, amend and delete user id base on request after approved by recipient line manager and system operational owner. Base on request also we reset the password if ID is accidentally been locked. For new system application, we doing security scoring to test that system inline with global adminstrator information security. All application have to pass minimum criteria depend on criticality of the system. In monthly basis we produce report of user id and profile security matrix. And distribute to all Head Departement for reviewing.
