Leads the development and maintenance of on-going network supply and capacity plans. Utilizes SAP planning tools and supporting processes (SNP) to drive network strategy. Maintain competency in all supply chain processes and systems.- Track and reconcile weekly/monthly metrics versus established targets. Review production performance and update planning rates to accurately reflect plant capabilities and available capacity.- Provide leadership and direction for business team on matters regarding supply chain, forecasting, production planning and deployment- Coach peers in network and other networks on business process and system best practices.

Inspect cargo and mail offered for airlift to verify eligibility and proper documentation, packaging, and marking according to applicable directives. Determine quantity and type of cargo to be loaded according to allowable aircraft cabin load. Selects and palletizes loads using automated or manual methods and coordinates with air transportation clearance authority on diversion of cargo. Load and unload aircraft using materials handling and loading equipment, check cargo against manifests, and annotate overage, shortage, or damage. Complete documentation and reports required within the air transportation system to include air land and airdrop. Prepare and maintain necessary forms for passenger travel and prepare weight and balance records. Requisition, store, and issue expendable and nonexpendable items for use on aircraft. Review travel authorizations for validity and accuracy and check in passengers and baggage.
