Risk Assessment and SAP S/4 HANA SOX Controls Projects:Worked on an SAP S/4 HANA Implementation Project which included designing SOX/Financial Controls as per the new S/4 environment by assessing the user requirements and the functional design documents/technical design specifications. Conducted Controls Workshop with the client and obtained sign-offs on the newly designed controls. 2. Intercompany Reconciliation as per IFRS 10.Led a team of 4 members and worked closely with client to understand their process and supporting them in consolidating their books for the year end.3. Credit Risk Management Project:Worked on credit risk management which included understanding client’s credit risk policies, checking customers existing credit terms, conducting financial and non-financial analysis to assign credit rating to their customers, recommending credit limits considering their risk profile and business requirements, etc.

Data Migration and Remediation Project:Classified and extracted information related to key fields from documents using a third-party software called ‘Kira’ and uploading contracts into SAP-Ariba. Lead the team of 5 members and worked on performing Quality Checks and assisted managers in preparing final batches/ reports to be delivered to the client.2. Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures which involved: Drafting of SOPs for various processes like O2C, R2R, etc. using Epiplex 500 tool, preparing process flows using Microsoft Visio after analysis and understating of the various accounting activity, identifying, and transcribing key points of the process into the documents.3. Preparing intercompany reconciliation memos as per IFRS 10 & 16 on different complex topics like unrealized profit in inventory, leases etc.4. Preforming IFRS 15 projects- which involved drafting revenue policies, impact assessments reports and implementation of new revenue standard for several clients. This involved evaluation of contracts for different business segments of clients and preparation of position papers, drafting of IFRS 15 accounting policy etc.5. Briefly worked on an insurance client to help them implement the new accounting standard - both IFRS 17 and LDTI along with finance transformation to new enhanced system softwares like FPSL, SLAM, building COA, assisting with analyzing the financial impact, disclosure and presentation requirements, etc.
