Managed and developed the new ski boots produced for K2 and Full Tilt. Worked with venders from around the world to deliver cutting edge downhill ski boots.• Developed and produced all the liners used by K2 and Full Tilt Boot Company. • Negotiated the costing for the ski boots developing one of the most profitable boot companies in the industry. • Designed the new buckles for Full Tilt ski boots produced and developed in Italy.• Delivered over 30 models on time for sample/demo each year.• Worked to set up the QC processes and implementation for worldwide production of parts in China, Italy and Hungary.• Worked with artist and created the tech packs to produce the samples. Boots have been reviewed as having the best fit and finish in the industry.• Developed the products with suppliers in Italy, Hungary and China.

Responsible for the development and delivery of Full Tilt Ski Boots.• Co-developed the Full Tilt Boot Company to create the fastest growing ski boot brand for 5 years in a row. Grew the company from an idea to a 9 million dollar company. • Refined the product design from 72 venders down to 15 and decreased the delivery time by 1 month.• Tracked, produced and approved all prototypes and sample/demo work. Arranged photo shoots, catalog and show samples. Worked with each vender to make sure their parts were correct and on-time.• Grew key markets by helping to set up training and meeting with key accounts in France, Sweden, Norway, Germany and USA. • Worked with Olympic Athletes to win 8 Olympic medals in Vancouver, B.C.• Created/developed a revolutionary 3D graphics process that can’t be scratched off.• Responsible for the financial models each year.• Partnered with suppliers from around the world: New Zealand, Italy, Vietnam, China, Switzerland and Germany.

Worked with an international development team to create the most innovative cross-country ski boot line in years. The product is known for its quality and finish. Olympic athletes changed over to the boots during the Olympic Games because of the quality and performance. • Developed a low cost composite manufacturing factory in Tianjin, China which produced vacuum bagged composite parts for use in inline skates and cross-country ski boots. • Developed Madshus ski boot market from 0 boots in 2005 to 180,000 pair in 2009.• Developed and approved the patterns for 18 models of boots; each graded out to 12 SKU’s.• Created a boot design that enabled athletes to win 15 Olympic medals in Torino, Italy and

Developed the yearly models for K2 Inline skates. Produced over 17 million skates during this time. K2 Softboot Skates is known for its innovative designs, incredible fit and finish. • Pro E: Modeled inline skates, cuff, bases, and frames. • Checked tooling design and approved each part for production.• Set up quality control inspection process for each model of skate produced.• Enabled the development and production of over 95 models per year. • Set up production procedures for each model and approved for production.• Set up new factories in China, South Korea and Thailand.• Established and maintained the document management system used to communicate the designs to overseas production. Allowed for communication of production specs, BOM’s and color plots to be transferred to everybody from customer service to QC managers.
