Operations responsibilities for the entire organization. Worked closely with the Network Engineering team to maintain availability of core business systems in the WAN, including on call rotations. Followed both HIPAA and Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines. Participated in a datacenter relocation out of a former parent company and into a highly secured co-location.

Imaged desktop and laptop systems and shipped to recipients throughout the country. Worked closely with Purchasing internally as well as external shipping companies to ensure on time arrival for shipments as well as accurate contents to packaging. Provided 2nd tier field support for the office as well as 3rd tier support for field technicians in remote.

Assisted Subway restaurant owners and employees nationwide in achieving the quickest possible resolution with hardware issues on Micros POS systems and software issues on Subway’s own SubShop 2000 package. Support was provided over the phone on a fee based system involving per unit charges or prepaid support. Also assisted other team members with support.

Initially started as one of two Field Support staff receiving calls or tickets from the Help Desk. Support took place at the user’s desk in a large remote site that housed two call centers, a factory floor, as well as several office areas. Quickly rose to an internship with the operations group responsible for the North American Power Tools network..

Advise and install appropriate hardware for a given business environment. Work takes place either as independent party or as a consultant through Traeger & Associates. Jobs range from general maintenance of any IT related hardware to inventory, backup / recovery Services, systems analysis and design.

Provided support for 25+ end users. Maintain network of server and clients (including remote site). Worked directly with Traeger & Associates to move the company from a peer to peer network to a domain based solution based on Microsoft Small Business Server for the main site and eventually a remote site as well. Designed and tested an IT disaster recovery.
