• Working remotely as a Service Account Manager (SAM) for ProSupport Plus Enterprise and Client customers in Nebraska, South Dakota, and Western Iowa• Function as a post-sales trusted advisor for ProSupport Plus customers entitled to a Service Account Manager (SAM) with their contract. Supporting approx. 25 ProSupport Plus customers, being their main point of contact and being a liaison between the customer, sales and technical support. • Provide regular reporting to customers to provide proactive and predictive environment analysis to decrease potential outages. • As a member of the Data Center Services team (DCS) I handled state government public sector/healthcare implementation and upgrade projects in the areas of Chassis, VMware environments, and Windows servers.• Migrated public sector healthcare servers between data centers coordinating with facilities, network, and server teams to ensure all hardware relocated and properly configured and tested.• Managed VMware vSphere 4 and 5 enterprise environments as well as Windows Server 2003, 2008 and 2012 physical and virtual servers.• Worked remotely (telecommuted) 100% from a home office via VPN on public sector state Medicare/Medicaid accounts managing servers in numerous datacenters around the United States.

• Subcontracted to Computer Science Corporation (CSC) a Department of Defense Contract with the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) facility at Offutt Air Force Base. • Planned, designed, and managed an enterprise wide server modernization and virtualization effort to reduce overall server footprint, savings in power and cooling, and to simply administration. Utilized VMware vSphere 4.0i on an HP C-Class Blade infrastructure using a Virtual Connect/Flex10 platform. • Responsible as a project lead/ manager for highly visible multi-million dollar projects including: a command wide re-organization, server and storage modernization/virtualization, planning the implementation of SharePoint 2003 and 2007 environments. • I was personally involved with, and directed the introduction of HP C-Class blades and virtual connect technologies into the environment. I coordinated the purchase and installation of new HP EVA SANs, and the migration of over a million files and folders into a new organizational structure. • Worked with numerous government customers as well as vendors to secure requirements, technical configurations, statements of work, bills of material, and product/services quotes.• My other duties included technical training, project and resource oversight, estimating and scheduling, team coordination and leadership, status meeting coordination and planning.

• SAIC subcontracted to Northrop Grumman on a Department of Defense Contract with the United States Strategic Command facility at Offutt Air Force Base.• Assisted in a design/implementation team to migrate to a newer and more robust operating system.• Managed command Web environment hosted on a Windows IIS Platform.• Assisted in the development of an efficient Active Directory structure to suit the needs of STRATCOM’s military environment.• Became familiar with the high security guidelines required by the nature of the military environment and how to effectively integrate those requirements into a Microsoft Windows Server environment.. • Work with various political forces within a military joint command including the military, Government Employees and contractors from various other government contracting agencies.

• Subcontracted to AT&T Global Network Services and their clients including AT&T, Allstate, Sears, and Washington Mutual Bank. • Performed coordination of physical installation and setup of telecommunications and network equipment. Performed remote testing and troubleshooting of customer leased lines, dial lines, and the backup circuits. Verify proper configuration of routers, CSU/DSU’s and modems.
