I have a strong background in sales, key account management, process improvement, and compliance, and I leverage my skills and knowledge to provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to diverse teams and stakeholders. I currently serve as a non-executive director of Synercore Food Holdings, a leading food ingredient and solutions provider in Africa.In my role as director of Synercore Food Holdings, I focus on governance, strategy, and performance of the group, and I work closely with the board, management, and investors to ensure alignment, accountability, and transparency. I also lead and participate in special projects that involve innovation, research, and development, and I collaborate with various partners and clients to deliver high-quality products and services. Additionally, I offer business advice and mentorship to several other companies in the food industry, such as The Answer Series and Col'Cacchio Holdings, and helping them to achieve their goals and overcome their challenges. In support of developing markets in Southern Africa for New Zealand investment I work as an advisor to New Zealand Trade and Enterprise MEA office.2022-2024 projects include M@A of 2 companies, relocation of Allmark Foods and Integration of 2 companies into the Synercore Food Holdings Group.
