Since beginning my journey at PWD, my contribution to the company has enabled me to transition from coordinator to team manager and then to the leadership team. I have had the enriching experience of scaling a cross-functional team of Western Australia's leading organic search professionals. This has culminated in the success of our clients' organic search campaigns, as evidenced by extremely low client turnover. Further to this, I have solidified our internal SEO processes. At its core, this process encompasses link building, content development, and demonstrating the value of SEO.I have successfully achieved a 7x increase in organic traffic for PWD. Secured position one for high volume/high competition keywords such as: “SEO Perth”, “Web Design”, “Marketing Perth”, etc. This has earned the agency the majority share of the industry’s organic search visibility for WA.
