The department was in charge of the data assets that we provided to the clients, making sure it was fit for purpose, and aligned to the client’s specific requirements.I was the business owner for the new principal proprietary systems (“Fusion”), setting the business requirements and priorities with a team of in-house developers.I helped manage business projects that spanned across multiple departments, countries, or that had significant business risk. Jointly I setup the PMO team at IRI-Aztec to bring visibility and structure to the project management, strategy and prioritisation processes.I was given the responsibility for integrating the operation streams between Aztec and IRI, from an Aztec point of view. Each week I reported to Chicago APAC operational metrics to discuss high profile projects and strategies for the region.Data Works serviced 250 FMCG clients with over 1,500 databases per week. This was accompanied with reporting and insights delivered online, through presentations and executive summaries.Data Works also had a cross-regional team to deliver the world’s fastest market share service to supermarket retailers in the UK.
