Citizen Facing Government Portal• Supported the development of a custom-built framework within the Salesforce platform to allow for a quicker time to market of data input screens. • Assisted in configuration and construction of a citizen portal based in Salesforce communities.• Created server level code and configuration for automation of data refinement from citizen provided information.• Construction and refinement of APIs necessary for validation of user information, identity, and transformation to legacy systems to streamline processes and reduce worker intervention.• Provided support to fill in for developer lead and architect roles for supporting other developers and reviewing/approving changes to the code base.• Built screens using the Salesforce LWC framework and Salesforce Lightning Design System• Supported Tableau CRM development, configuration, and data setup.• Utilized agile project management.

This included gathering requirements, preparing user stories, discovery of technological capabilities, technical documentation, and POCs.Custom Tableau CRM Middleware• Using Agile methodologies, collected requirements and constructed a custom application with an Angular front end and spring boot backend with extensive integration to the Salesforce REST API for automatic and on-demand loading of databases from Teradata, Db2, and MySQL to Tableau CRM• The tool was hosted on a Linux VM based on an on-premises server.• This tool was used to load a 100 GB+ dataset to Tableau CRM for the Sales and Marketing teams that visualized annual trending of revenues and was frequently used in executive level discussions.• Dashboard development required advanced techniques in Tableau CRM such as modifying the JSON structure directly and the use of bindings.Marketing Cloud Engagements and Data Visualization• Coordinated with product owners to develop targeted email campaigns.• Implemented an apex-based batch class to connect to the Marketing Cloud API and collect email sends. These were then imported to Tableau CRM and transformed with dataflows to visualize information in dashboards.• Collated 100+ csv files containing 15 years of historical Marketing Cloud data to a single document using a python script for historical visualization in Tableau CRM and used dataflows to combine it with current data.Sales Freight Rate Tool• Our team implemented a Salesforce Communities based tool to allow customers to lookup rates for freight. The tool allowed requesting a rate if one was not available, tracking the approval status, and communicating with the appropriate stakeholders via chatter.• A REST API was developed to retrieve rates from a preexisting endpoint using apex.
