Accountable for the development and delivery of projects that contribute to the Government's goal of a Smokefree New Zealand by 2025.This is a role of project coordination within an operations team that conducts the skills and resources needed from researchers, marketers, procurement staff, and external providers. The role is incredibly varied from social marketing project management, to event management, resource development, and organisational representation at sector forums. I have focussed on stakeholder management and communications and it is my achievements in this area that I am most proud of:• Leading stakeholder engagement, including the management of an expert advisory group, through the development of a contentious national campaign• Team lead for sector engagement, and strong advocate for the needs of the NGO sector by keeping up to date with sector sentiments and gathering insights helpful to HPA’s planning and response to issues.

Policy development and analysis, project leadership, preparation of advice for senior officials and Ministers, and stakeholder relationship management.

This was an interesting and busy role providing funding administration and secretariat services to Trustees and applicants, as well as the analysis of issues and preparation of advice for senior officials and Ministers.
