My duties while in the office included (but were not limited to) the following:* Assisting in the orderly administration of estates;* Drafting documents for estate planning, litigation, and general contract matters;* Auditing accounts and otherwise processing files for the Commissioner of Accounts;* Handling correspondence with Spanish-speaking clients; and* Researching, selecting, and implementing technology solutions to streamline and market our law practice.

* Assisted in customer service, both in person and via telephone; provided assistance to Spanish-speaking customers as necessary.* Consistently praised for proactively organizing stock, cleaning, and undertaking other maintenance tasks.

Assisted 2 Spanish-speaking farmworkers in obtaining Virginia driver’s licenses by teaching concepts found in the Virginia Driver’s Manual, by administering mock exams, and by navigating the bureaucracy of the Virginia DMV.

* Served approximately 30 Hispanic migrant worker camps in two counties by building relationships with residents; translating; scheduling religious services; and providing transportation, information, religious instruction, and other assistance.* Coordinated activities of approximately 10 volunteers.
