- I founded a math research team in my Sophomore year to compete internationally in Mathematics Contest in Modeling (MCM) with two other mechanical engineering peers. We researched and analyzed continuously for 3 days (46 hours), and we won the Honorable Award for the first time participating.- I collaborated with my electrical engineering mentor/professor in writing a book chapter about standards grid codes for Energy Storage Systems. I learned how to write at the Ph.D. level with help and editing from my mentor. The book is published on July 12th, 2023 by the Institution of Engineering and Technology.- Independent research on the Hydrogen energy system in combination with the National natural gas pipeline, Electrochemistry, and Electrolyzer.

- I joined Urban Plunge in the Spring of 2021 and we went to downtown Seattle to experience homelessness to open to learning about this community.- I then volunteered at many community services and made a lot of friends with different backgrounds along my journey.- I engaged in Christian scriptures and missions in expressing love and humanity circling the homeless issue in our society.- I stepped up to lead the Urban Plunge program as a Coordinator and Team lead in the Spring of 2022- I reached out to ten community service organizations and asked them to support our program.- I orally gave speeches to colleagues, friends, and students at SPU about the homeless community and connect them to their opportunities to volunteer and involve in community services.- I was then nominated to be the Coordinator of Urban Involvement and awarded a $5000 scholarship.
