Led North America business strategy and operations to scale Creative Shop’s innovative campaign work across the family of Instagram and Facebook products. Worked across all global regions to develop strategic partnerships and creative best practices, set team KPIs and reporting procedures, and design the global engagement model for the team’s cross-functional service delivery.

Recruited during early stage (Series A) funding round to build marketplace go-to-market strategy and operations. I oversaw a national project management team, and cross-functionally worked with engineering, design, and sales to iterate on our partner and customer UX for Managed by Q’s workplace management platform. The company was acquired by WeWork In 2019, and acquired again by Eden in 2020.

Worked with Mercer President & CEO on corporate strategy and development, including market sizing and due diligence for SaaS M&A targets. I also led long-term business planning to deliver a five-year strategic growth plan across 10 North America business units.
