I lead an awesome collection of Learning Technologists and we create and deliver outstanding learning experiences through a fluid proposition that's digital centric. I led a fluid Learning and Development proposition working with a great team of learning professionals. We delivered the learning and development strategy to our UK market by working with our UK functions to address capability requirements of both today's and tomorrow's demands. I oversaw a broad range of Learning delivery such as; Learning Technology projects, Operating Model Transformations, Needs Analysis and Consultancy including curriculum design and delivery.I'm passionate about lifelong learning and believe that a curious mind is good for the spirit. As learning and development professionals we are the cultivators of curiosity and it's on us to support our learners by making learning that's intuitive, engaging and most importantly really effective.

Asprea joined the Aviva family in April 2010. Providing claims fulfilment services to Aviva's property customers, focusing on validation and repair.My role was to deliver our strategic aims of being a great place to work and employer of choice in our market and maintaining technical excellence in our chosen fields.I was responsible for the development and execution of our leadership strategies and all aspects of personal development and capability growth for all functions in our business. This included Operations, Finance, HR, Supply Chain and our Technical specialists.I managed the in-house development of our learning curriculum content and the provision of externally sourced learning.

In this role I was responsible for the delivery of learning solutions to Aviva’s Corporate Customer market consisting of retail banks, building societies and the intermediary broker community. I led a nationwide team of 12 Learning & Development Consultants and 1 L&D administrator supporting Learning & Development contracts and service propositions across all of Aviva’s distribution networks. Our learning audience was significant in size and diversity, creating a varied and challenging environment. The purpose of my team was to provide learning consultancy to our partners, strengthening our brand and supporting the vision of being the provider of choice for our Corporate Customers. My key responsibilities included; people management, engaging with Aviva stakeholders to ensure activity is aligned to business goals, resource deployment and management, proposition design and development, new business tender support, learning solution effectiveness and business performance tracking, regulatory compliance, supplier management, budget management and customer satisfaction systems.

I led a team of Learning and Development Consultants, operating across several business units in the North of England with responsibility of delivering all Learning and Development activity to over 4000 Aviva colleagues. My key responsibilities included; people management, resource management and deployment, engaging with business units to identify learning needs and develop solutions aligned to our organisation goals and supporting UK wide HR initiatives through project management and delivery.

I was assigned to one of Aviva’s corporate accounts with personal responsibility for the design and delivery of learning solutions to their UK Telephone Distribution Operations, UK Intermediary Operations and UK Internet Banking Operation. All learning solutions were measured against business performance, and through engaging with senior Partner stakeholders all solution outcomes were also aligned to the Partner's balanced scorecard. My role demanded significant relationship management skills and consultancy balancing the needs of two global organisations and the highest quality of learning solution delivery.
