I still love marketing & digital marketing; I still love business and strategy and still love entrepreneurship. The amount of hopelessness in prison shocked me – even more so were the high amount of people that had no hope of staying out of prison for an extended period of time after release. It did not make sense to me. Unfortunately, every single statistic shows that hopelessness is based on factual data. 68% of people released from Prison are rearrested within 3 years. The recidivism rate is obscene. Brand 316 was designed to be scalable and every decision we make focuses on that. Our goal is for our program to be easily implanted in any city. Brand 316 is a Christ-centered ministry providing real world solutions for the formerly incarcerated and their families to succeed in life. This includes mentorship, career training and placement, reintegration and life training support. The goal is to provide personal, professional and spiritual growth with the hopes of providing a clear path to succeed and true hope for the future.
