Dan is an active broker who has brokered transactions in all areas of the country and worked on deals ranging from 20 units to 2,000-unit, multi-state portfolio deals. Dan leverages his knowledge and deal experience across most affordable housing programs on a national and local level. In the past 10 years, his clients have included local, regional and institutional investors in addition to non-profits, developers and other client profiles. He has helped facilitate a variety of affordable housing transactions ranging from HUD (PRAC, Section 202, Mark to Market, Mod-Rehab) to Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and USDA to GP Interest transactions across various debt platforms. Dan prides himself on being a scrappy, creative, out-of-the-box thinker and networking pro who goes above and beyond for his clients. Before entering the brokerage arena, he was a leading producer for a national construction firm, where he worked with clients ranging from private real estate investors to top Fortune 500 corporations.
