Coordinación entre el administrador de infraestructuras ferroviarias y los operadores del mercado ferroviario, en especial a lo que se refiere a corredores transeuropeos y redes de cercanías; desarrollando, entre otras, las siguientes labores:- Verificar la coherencia entre las infraestructuras proyecto y el material móvil previsto para circular por las mismas, así como la correspondencia entre los calendarios de obras y de fabricación de material móvil.- Revisar la configuración de las redes de cercanías para mejorar el servicio al usuario, verificando la disponibilidad de vías de apartado y otros elementos de infraestructura indispensables para la prestación de un servicio de calidad.- Atender a la correcta transmisión de información de servicio entre operadores y administradores de infraestructuras, prestando especial atención a la coherencia entre los servicios de información al viajero del operador y el administrador en las redes de cercanías.- Promover la construcción de elementos de infraestructura que optimicen el uso del material móvil disponible por los operadores y proponer la adquisición de material móvil que optimice el uso de las infraestructuras existentes.- Velar por la compatibilidad tecnológica entre las instalaciones de seguridad en la vía y los equipos embarcados.- Coordinar la ejecución de los talleres y otras instalaciones de apoyo a los servicios ferroviarios de viajeros comerciales y OSP.-Supervisión de las notas e informes derivados de la coordinación entre el administrador de infraestructuras ferroviarias y los operadores del mercado ferroviario.-Elaboración de procedimientos de coordinación en colaboración con el administrador de infraestructuras ferroviarias y operadores del mercado ferroviario.

Coordinate and deliver the "HS2 Trackform Evaluation Report" in which different project requirements and design issues have been analysed and taken into account for the potential change from ballasted track to slab track on HS2-Phase 1.The report aims to be the evidence base of all the outcomes of the different work streamsdealing with the slab/ballast trackform choice. In this line, the main objective of it is to be theevidence base for any decisions taken. It also includes the outputs from workshops, modelling, research and collaboration with various high speed partners and leading research institutions. The evaluation process itself covers the following aspects:- Technical aspects, including: o Track system performance;o Evaluation of ballasted track performance under HS2 operating conditions;o Support platform and an analysis of the civil works along the route with special attention to: earthworks, settlement and heave, changes of stiffness along the route, Rayleigh waves and ground treatments; o Ballast flight;o Noise;o Vibrations;o Temperature variations; ando Water. - Track specifications;- Construction implications;- Maintenance implications:- Renewal implications;- Operational impacts;- Environmental implications;- Health and Safety implications;- Capital Costs;- Life Cycle Cost; and- Whole Life Value for Money.The document is intended to cover the implications that the different trackforms have in HS2design covering each the above listed aspects. By analysing these implications HS2 isperforming a structured evaluation process which will contain all the referencesthat have been used in it. The report also help to incorporate best practice and lessons learned from both highspeed and conventional rail of different railway administrations across the world.

▪ Provide leadership and management to a team of engineers dedicated to multidisciplinary projects related to ballastless track, rail technology, superstructure, interoperability, R&D and Life Cycle Costs▪ Deliver presentations. Communicated deliverables and concepts to the project board / client.▪ Project Management of 23 projects/contracts. Projects budget: over 4M€.
