Delivered timely, on-brand creative for the N Brown "power brands" (JD Williams, Jacamo and Simply Be), as well as homewares brand Home Essentials. The job involves:- Home page, landing page, and e-mail campaign design and build- Social media assets (Facebook ad carousels and collections, Instagram Stories, etc.)- Creating Monetate "experiences" to target specific customer groups with relevant promotions, or for time-limited promotions e.g. sale activity.I also planned and delivered training to graphic designers wanting to transition from print design to the web team, and offer ongoing support to those team members. This included an introduction to HTML and CSS, and coding standards, as well as the web publishing process.

N Brown Group (formerly JD Williams) is a large web and catalogue retailer, based in Manchester.I created home page layouts, promotional pages, e-mail marketing campaigns and affiliate marketing material for a number of the company's brands, including Simply Be, Jacamo, Marisota, and JD Williams. Most recently I focussed on gifts brand The Brilliant Gift Shop and homewares site Home Essentials. The role primarily involved:- Delivery of briefs, from Photoshop concept to HTML/CSS build. - Compatibility testing and bug fixing (for IE8+ as well as Chrome, Firefox and Mobile Safari.) - Creating responsive designs which work across desktop, tablet and mobile phones, as well as specific mobile-optimised layouts on separate sites.
