Leading VLA's Access and Equity Program, including Legal Help, the main entry point to the legal assistance sector in Victoria, community legal centre funding, community legal education and client access team. Responsible for the South Coast region (including the Warrnambool office). A member of VLA's Senior Executive Team.

Leading a range of programs and projects focusing on early intervention and preventative services, and better targeting services to people and locations of unmet need. Managing funding to community legal centres, community legal education, client access initiatives and place-based planning. Strengthening strategic advocacy.

Leading the work of a Geneva-based NGO on housing rights and evictions across six countries in South East Asia, using a range of advocacy tools and working in partnership with local human rights and community organisations. Mostly based in Cambodia.
