I am Kamal Kumar with 75% Disable wheelchair user. I'm Running a Charity Trust ("Disable Peoples Organization NGO") for disabled people & women, and a special school for children i.e. "Leela Wati Special School". I believe there are five main traits and qualities that define me, both as an NGO President and also as a person. I am extremely well organized, Speech Therapist, Special Educator, Motivational Speaker, and immensely passionate about my commitment towards the disabled peoples and society, a very strong communicator, a natural leader and motivator, and also someone who enjoys the challenge of change and the responsibility I have to continually improve and develop so I can maintain excellent quality and transparent service towards the society and people. Outside of work, I am a family person who has the support of my mother and family. They understand how important it is for me to not only enjoy my work but that I am available at all times to respond to the obvious challenges that will come with the role of an NGO President. Apart from the qualities and traits I just mentioned, I have always been a loyal and honest person who acts with the highest standards of integrity at all times, both on a professional and personal basis I deliver on my promises, and drive the service forward into the future with passion and vigor. I have been awarded Haryana Ratna by State commissioner of Disability, Bharat Mata Abhinandan Samman, Fariste Samman Patra, Corona Fighter, Modi’s Warrior, Divyang Ratna, Special Service Awards, WBTR, Special Contribution Towards Disabled People and Society, and many more to receive.
