Senior Manager, Gtm Enablement
CurrentIn Q1 2023, I was chosen to lead the company's first GTM Enablement team following a department reorganization. Managing a team of three, I focused on rebuilding GTM Bill of Materials processes, added a team member to manage our enablement tech stack, and revamped our approach to competitive intelligence. This led to a 60% utilization rate of Klue, our competitive intelligence tool, through initiatives like simplifying battlecards and sharing a regular competitive newsletter.Under my leadership, the team developed five core Sales Plays for specific client types in our Segment Enablement Hub on Highspot. By the end of 2023, these materials received over 16,120 internal views and contributed to more than $2 million in revenue.I also led enablement efforts supporting PitchBook's largest M&A activity, following our parent company's acquisition of LCD. This included creating content and programs to help our new business teams sell a new dataset and enhanced product. Additionally, I supported account management teams in migrating thousands of clients from a legacy product.These accomplishments highlight my commitment to driving strategic changes and maximizing opportunity conversion across the teams I support.
