• Documenting and publishing SOPs and other deployment documents for Implementations Teams.• Providing escalation services for Implementation Teams.• Review and standardizing of new and existing technologies and their deployment modes.• Review non-standard solutions with custom engineering to bridge customer requirements with deployable solutions.• Trending non-standard solutions and develop new products and implementation standards from trends.• Providing assistance to principal team members attempting to solve complex solutions beyond the scope and timeline of standard implementations• Working with team members researching technologies to improve existing and new product lines.• Working with vendors to standardize and stay current with software across various platforms.• Publishing maintenance plans and coordinate with operations the roll out of updated software across the various platforms.

Responsible for Tier II to Tier III proactive monitoring/ execution, maintenance and changes of internal and customer facing network (routing, switching, and optical) infrastructure and application (firewall and load balancer) devices. This includes troubleshooting website and network connectivity issues to resolution and completely and accurately documenting all work activity in the CRM system. Work directly with other internal engineering departments and data center personnel to ensure that all customer expectations are being met at the highest possible level.
