Project: City Ridge – $475 million commercial residential new construction and renovation - Led team and subcontractors in the punch list process. Created and implemented a comprehensive punch list process for 255 luxury apartment units across 3 buildings. Organizing meetings for all stakeholders to discuss the process, execution schedule, timeline, and budget; keeping all stakeholders informed during the entire punch list process implementation.- ​​Supported leaders throughout decision-making and launch by providing regular compliance reports to drive process improvement and corrective measures.- Monitored installation of materials and equipment for compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedule. - Led the closeout process for over 50 subcontractors across seven buildings. Project: The Highlands - $350 million commercial residential new build - Managed and oversaw 7 interior finishes subcontractors whose subcontracts combined to total $4.5 M, built positive relationships with subcontractors through constant communication, and made timely corrections to maintain design specifications and schedule.- Prepared cost and expenditure statements for various subcontractors and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration and at the completion of the project. Assisted the SPM in negotiating subcontract change orders and compiled the monthly owner invoice.- Reviewed subcontractor proposals and sets of drawings prepared by firms to identify missing information, generate questions in the form of RFIs, and align budgets.- Prepared change order reports, submittal and RFI logs, and weekly project status reports to present in weekly production and operations meetings with owner and architect (OAC)
