Began work as a software developer on PDP11 (RSX11), creating real time, high speed data acquisition and analysis tools for flow cytometry. Created first NIAID LANs and WANs, using equipment from a little know company called cisco. Developed clinical research databases, and supported the NIAID intramural research program.
