He headed up the grand opening and oversaw daily operations in the Workforce Innovation Hub including program implementation, participant recruitment and graduate placement as well as partnership development with major Fortune 500 companies.He has cultivated donor relationships with companies like Foot Locker, Good Food and Company, Fifth Third Bank, and OxBlue. As he transitions into his new role as Director of Mens Housing, a plan he created six years ago, he'll finally get the opportunity to help the community in a much bigger way by building out a 31 room Mens Housing program that will serve men in three areas. (Young adults age 18-24, veterans, and returning citizens). Dominick also oversees the mental health awareness program for participants in the Westside community.
