Served multiple profiles with different clients for the industries: Automobile, FMCG & Consumer Durable1) Recruitment Solution/ Placement: Identifying the sources of prospective candidates. Short-listing the CVs. Attaining special Head Hunt tasks given by specific clients. Understanding the requirements of clients and searching CVs from different modes e.g. through Jobs Portals, References & Head Hunting. Screening the CVs by matching them with client's requirements Taking their initial interviews to know their communication skills Coordinating the joining process of the candidate in the corporate. Negotiating for the salary etc. Maintaining a good relationship with candidates for recruitment and referrals Scheduling and arranging interviews. Conducting aptitude tests and primary interview as and when required. Doing Reference checks after short listing of candidate Follow up with client and candidate till the joining of candidate and realization of payment.2) Database Management: Maintain the database of the candidate's resumes. Creating, managing and maintaining a database of candidates for different positions. Updating the candidate's database in terms of profile. Preparing Monthly MIS Reports. Providing data for the Analysis & Surveys.3) Induction/ Training: Administering, conducting & organizing induction programs for the new entrants. Identifying the training needs of new entrants and assisting them.4) Client Servicing: CRM Making calls to clients & processing company's presentation. Taking requirements from client and departing the position to consultant & ensure fulfillment of the expectation of management, candidate and client.5) Other:1 Handling the administrative activities for the smooth functioning of the office.

Job Responsibilities includes: Getting requirements from clients. Understanding the client’s requirements. Sourcing profiles from web portals & various other sources according to the requirements. Recruiting sources include job portals, internal company database, job ads, referrals and headhunting & networking. Mapping companies for sourcing niche skills. Screening and Short-listing Profiles matching the Requirement & conduct preliminary interviews to understand the candidate’s interest/ salary. Coordinating for arranging the interviews of short listed candidates from the client’s side. Regular interaction with clients. Doing extensive follow ups with the offered candidates till their joining. Doing reference checks for new recruits on the basis of client demands. Preparing reports on the recruitment activities carried. Maintaining data for candidates sourced as well as joiners.
