Working From Home position.Managing and providing shareholders of global companies managed by Barclays Private Bankers with Shareholders Rights Directive-regulated information regarding Shareholder Meetings.• Reviewing daily/hourly reports, analysing information to distribute to Shareholders• Issuing communications via email to Shareholders and their Private Bankers, to inform them of company activities, to allow further decisions to be made• Quality Assurance of communications, using approved tools and procedures• Use of Investment Banking systems, including Avaloq• Working with various spreadsheets and tools, to satisfy• Training of onshore staff, to minimise key-person dependency

Day-to-day work was targeting around maintenance and remediation of customer accounts, in accordance with the Consumer Credit Act, ensuring regulatory documentation such as Annual Statements and Arrears Notices complied with regulations requested by the Financial Conduct Authority.
